The Springside Cottage or The Miners' Cottage

                      Friday, Saturday and Special Events
                      Regular season and weekends all year

• Springside Cottage, Side # 1or Side #2  $169.00 per night.
• Miners' Cottage $169.00 per night

         Sunday Through Thursday
         Through May 29, mid-week

• Springside Cottage, Side #1 or Side # 2 $159.00 per night
  
• Miners' Cottage $159.00 per night
  

Extended Stay and Special Business Rates

• We offer special rates for guests traveling for business purposes or those who have requirements for an extended stay of more than a few days.  Please inquire.
  

All Accommodations All the Time

• Rates based on double occupancy
• Additional occupants $12.00 per night, per person.
• Plus State and County Sales Tax of 5.5%
• Plus Local Room Tax of 3%
• $15 fee on all cancellations.
